YOUR TASKS
Working Location: Macau
Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Promote and Sell DHL products and services to customer, and achieve business target, Growth and KPIs as assigned.
- Perform business activities through carrying out inbound and outbound calling to customers. Customer visit will be on special occasion based on business needs.
- Retain and develop existing customers and manage all the account related activities including payment settlement, new process implementation, customer data maintenance and resolution for service and business issues if any
- Support and participate in business programs and execute local and regional projects as assigned
YOUR PROFILE
- Macau ID holder is a must
- Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or customer services. Bachelor degree holder with less experience will also be considered
- Possess strong selling techniques and effective negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen and problem solving skill
- Well-organized, self-motivated, self-confident and able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
- Customer centric and result oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
