Corporate Real Estate (CRE) at DHL Group is responsible for more than 12,000 properties across all DHL business units worldwide. This portfolio covers an area of more than 30 million m2 and is managed by around 1,700 dedicated real estate experts worldwide. As our business keeps growing, we want you in our APAC region.

We are looking for an intern position in APAC at China, Shenzhen for a period of 12 months.
Job Purpose:
- Double check and ensure the Planon data is accurate after migrated to the new system
- Maintain Planon system
- Documentation management
Your tasks:
- Well-known CRE’s portfolio management systems – Planon
- Double check the data accuracy in Planon
- Supplement the missing lease data / terms information in Planon
- Input assets data / terms information into new fields of Planon
Your profile:
- Can commit at least 3 full working days per week
- Excellent attention to details and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Willing to learn, and can work independently after sufficient training
- Good communication skills, and can be adaptive to a large organization
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese are must– both written and spoken
- Past experience in lease administration/data system exposure is a plus
