GROW Program - Germany
If you're looking for a development program where you can spread your wings, our GROW graduate program has it all. Over the course of 18 months, you’ll take on countless new challenges, enjoy a variety of exciting opportunities and have the chance to build your network in the world of logistics. Choose the international option and you'll also get to spend time living and working overseas.
- Who is it for? Graduates and those starting out in their professional career
- Where is it based? Germany, with the option of a 3-month assignment overseas
- What is the salary? Up to €54k annually (including 13 month salary and variable remuneration) while in the program
- When does it start? Start dates in April and October each year
Trainee Program LEAD – Germany
Have you completed your university degree and want to get started? Or are you a young professional with management ambitions? If you answered yes to any of those questions and are proficient in German, then our LEAD program is made for you.
It prepares you for a possible operational management role in our company and offers you the opportunity to quickly take on responsibility for our operational employees in one of our locations in Germany. This way, you can make a significant contribution to the success of the entire company.
