Cabin Quality Supervisor

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 5 on 3 off
Location: Heathrow - TW6 2GA

We're seeking a Cabin Quality Supervisor to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- The Cabin Quality Supervisor role will be responsible for leading a team of aircraft cleaners during the operational day.
- This position will play a key and essential role in ensuring completion of each allocated aircraft on time and within the agreed customer quality expectations, playing an integral part in motivating teams to complete the job ‘right first time'.
- Feeding into the BA cabin cleaning control centre, this role will focus on punctuality, on time performance and engagement standards for each flight, inspiring the team to work collaboratively and systematically to aircraft turnaround cleaning specifications.
- Reporting to the duty manager on shift, they will complete audits and ensure team collaboration with a focus on Health and Safety in all aspects of the teams' tasks.
- Quality of the clean to a consistently high standard will be the direct responsibly of the Cabin Quality Supervisor where they will be expected to lead by example when working within the operation.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

- A valid UK driving license is essential (manual)
- Aircraft Cleaners should be physically fit due to the nature of the role
- Being able to work under pressure and multitask
- Be reliable and flexible and used to working to deadlines
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
- Be able to provide five years address history
- Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
- Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
