Generous company pension 

Our Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangement helps you to save for the future. Employees can choose to pay either 3% or 4% into their DC fund and, in return, the Company will pay 6% or 8% respectively.  And, if the worst should happen, the Plan provides death in service cover for dependants.
