Operations Control Liaison

Pay Rate: £36,500 up to £38,000

Contract Type: Secondment until September 2025
Shift patterns: 4on 4off - 12 hours shifts - start time from 11:00am
Location: Luton - LU2 9LS

We're seeking a Operations Control Liaison to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• You will be the heart and soul of the DHL Operation; working hand in hand with easyJet's ICC team to develop and deliver the daily flying programme.
• Provide crisis response coverage, leading the tactical response to major disruption at our largest base – you will be comfortable making difficult decisions quickly and confidently for the benefit of our customers.
• Producing and coordinating internal reports to drive performance improvements
• Represent DHL on daily briefings to internal and external stakeholders within the ICC– clearly articulating DHL's areas of focus and requirements within the ICC.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• You need to have experience of working within the airport environment
• You must hold a full UK manual driving license
• IT experience and fully computer literate is essential
• Must have good communication skills
• Supervisor/Team leader experience would be an advantage

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

• Be able to provide five years address history
• Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
• To obtain a full airside ID
• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
