How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
Join our Corporate Finance team and support treasury operations within a Shared Service Center environment. You will play a key role in managingcash, funding, banking relationships, and financial risks in alignment with corporate objectives, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and quantify financial risks (e.g., currency and interest rate risks) through data analysis, simulations, and statistical models.
- Develop and improve strategies for financial risk mitigation, ensuring the effectiveness of existing measures.
- Assist in defining and updating internal guidelines on financial risk management based on internal and external requirements.
- Review internal and external financial transactions for compliance with regulations, guidelines, and internal controls.
- Support treasury accounting activities, ensuring proper documentation of hedging relationships in compliance with IFRS/HGB standards.
- Analyze, define, and document Corporate Treasury business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Contribute to management reports on financial risks by providing detailed analysis.
- Create and maintain reports on treasury topics using treasury management systems, Power BI, and CREST.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial risk management.
- Strong expertise in Treasury Management, Cash Flow Management, Risk Management, and Compliance.
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- High IT affinity with experience in treasury management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a keen interest in financial markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to present financial concepts effectively through storytelling and data visualization.
