How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
We are looking for a Treasury Manager to support the management and administration of guarantee and funding activities.
In this role, you willoversee day-to-day operations, balance sheet reviews, and intercompany funding initiatives while ensuring compliance with business policies andregulations. You will collaborate with various Corporate Functions and contribute to the development of digital solutions to enhance overall treasurymanagement efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage guarantee management activities and intercompany funding operations for funding vehicles.
- Support balance sheet reviews and prepare materials for board meetings of DHL Group’s primary funding vehicles.
- Partner with Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure financial alignment.
- Develop, manage, and support digital solutions to optimize guarantee and funding management processes.
- Act as a backup for risk management-related activities within DHL Group’s Front Office Team.
- Enhance and implement internal processes, dashboards, tools, and systems with a focus on digitalization and data analytics.
- Collaborate on projects outside the front office within CD64 to support broader organizational goals.
- Utilize IT tools and risk assessment models for market and credit risk analysis, liquidity management, and data analysis.
- Analyze revenues, liabilities, and financial indicators for accurate cash flow forecasting.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial risk management.
- Expertise in Treasury Management, Cash Flow Management, Funding, and Risk Management.
- Strong Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Compliance knowledge.
- Experience with banking, credit, and financial institutions.
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively communicate financial insights.
- Experience with digitalization trends, data science methodologies, and IT tools for treasury management.
- Fluency in English and German is preferred.
