Graduate Specialist Programmes
Our UK-wide Early Careers Graduate Programmes offer the opportunity to build your career in one of five specialist pathways: Supply Chain & Logistics, Technology, Finance, HR, or Project Management.

Lasting between two and three years, each programme combines structured development with real responsibility from day one. We're looking for curious problem-solvers who collaborate effectively, demonstrate resilience and are confident using data to make informed decisions. You'll work on meaningful projects, gain exposure to different parts of the business, and develop the skills needed to thrive in a global supply chain organisation.
Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist
Work in a live operational environment everyday and experience a variety of settings including warehouses, transport operations, logistics sites, and co-pack facilities, helping you understand how products move through the supply chain from start to finish.

HR Specialist
The programme is structured around rotational placements including our People Services team, Operational HR, Resourcing and Compensation and Benefits. You’ll finish the programme with broad visibility and understanding of the DHL Supply Chain people and operating model.

Technology Specialist 
Technology is the nervous system of Supply Chain, connecting different parts of our organisation with each other and to customers. In this programme, you'll gain broad experience across IT Operations, Technology Solutions, Project Delivery, Data & Analytics and Operational Technologies.

Project Management Specialist
This programme provides exciting placement opportunities for graduates to experience working on and managing medium to large projects, in line with DHL project management methodology to achieve real, successful project delivery.

Finance Specialist
This programme will provide you with the knowledge and skills to become a Finance Specialist. You’ll complete the CIMA Professional Qualification alongside the programme, offering a grounding in the basics of management accounting, financial accounting and business.

Manufacturing Logistics 
In Manufacturing Logistics, we provide logistics and supply chain solutions to manufacturing companies across a range of industries. The business unit is made up of key pillars including Automotive and Rail, Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Energy and Chemicals, Freight, Lead Logistics Provider and Finished Vehicle Solutions
Network Transport Solutions
Network Transport Solutions delivers transport and distribution services for customers across the UK and Ireland. Using dedicated fleets, shared-user networks and transport technology, the business unit helps customers move goods efficiently while improving visibility, service and operational performance
Consumer & Convenience
Supports leading consumer goods, food, beverage and convenience customers. The business unit manages fast-paced supply chains, warehousing and distribution operations to ensure products are available where and when consumers need them
Ecommerce & Retail
Ecommerce & Retail provides warehousing, fulfilment, transport and returns solutions for retail and online businesses. The business unit helps customers deliver a seamless shopping experience through efficient inventory management and order fulfilment services.
Healthcare & Specialist Logistics
Healthcare & Specialist Logistics delivers specialist supply chain solutions for healthcare, aviation, public sector and other regulated industries. The business unit manages the storage and distribution of critical products while maintaining high standards of compliance, quality and security.
