Transport Manager

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Transport Manager for DHL on the M&S contract in Swindon
• Fully responsible for the transport operation at site, which operates 24/7
• Essential stakeholder management in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Passionate about people, engage and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Proven experience as a Transport Manager within a logistics environment - essential
• International CPC Qualification - essential
• Experience with unions, pay negotiations, and resource planning - essential
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage, organize, and mentor direct reports
