YOUR PROFILE

• Degree holder in Information Services or related disciplines. Diploma graduates with relevant solid experience in IT will also be considered
• Minimum 2 years of hand-on experience in I.T. support, networking, and field service
• Knowledge of networking technology such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, WLAN, Firewall
• Hands-on troubleshooting skill
• Knowledge in cloud technology is an advantage
• Holders of Cisco certified qualifications is an advantage
• Experience in writing IT documentation and monitoring performance metrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with IT project management and foreign vendor liaison experience
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
