YOUR TASKS
Working Location: Macau
Reporting to Head of Macau, you will be responsible for driving the utilization rate and data quality of Electronic Shipping Solutions (ESS) tools, also coordinating and handling IT related matters as well in DHL Macau:
Responsibilities:
- Promote the utilization of ESS tools for both walk-in and corporate customers, monitoring and driving engagement and penetration rates.
- Monitor and analyze ESS tools' usage, ensuring high data accuracy and quality as well as identifying improvement area and action(s).
- Provide onsite technical support for ESS tools onboarding, including installation, implementation, ensuring effective usage.
- Provide support on user training and promptly troubleshooting queries and concerns of ESS tools.
- Support procurement tasks, customer reporting, and other administrative duties, including inventory management, IT systems and software maintenance
- Coordinate and participate in IT-related projects and initiatives with both internal and external customers.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms and conduct regular reporting on IT-related KPIs
YOUR PROFILE
- Macau ID holder is a must
- Higher Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, eCommerce or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry
- Self-motivated, analytical, result and customer oriented
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient PC skills, experience of web base tools’ management is an advantage
