Senior Executive - ER/IR
- Handle employee grievances in the region as per the guidelines defined by the central Employee Relations and Statutory Compliances team.
- Identify and resolve any disciplinary issues in the region as per the guidelines; Escalate unresolved / critical issues to the central team in a timely manner.
- Maintain a consolidated list of all labor related licenses, permissions, and compliance related documentation in the region to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Keep updated on all changes in labor laws/ statutory guidelines and take necessary actions (as and when required) for ensuring compliance in case of changes in any laws/ guidelines from time to time.
- Travel to different locations within Delhi and outside Delhi for meetings with employees, handling of grievances etc.
- Drafting and issuing various disciplinary letters such as absenteeism, warning, Show cause Notices, suspension, advisory, terminations etc.
- Timely filing of various statutory returns as per the labour laws.
- Liaising with labour department authorities, officials etc for the settlement of the dispute.
- Represent management before Labour Authorities, labour court etc.
- Coordinate with the panel advocates for timely updating of court cases, provide necessary documents to them etc.
- Coordinate with all the stakeholders in investigation of fraud cases and prepare CARO reports of fraud cases.
