This Shared Service Center offers employment to over 550 employees, with 40 nationalities, who speak 34 languages. We are looking for a Query Handling Agent (CH) to join the Account Receivables team.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
- Resolve customer’s queries in accordance with set DHL standards;
- Promptly and accurately log/ update queries in ERP system;
- Actively promote self service functionalities and / or ensure customer query is addressed structurally so that it does not re-occur;
- Ensure cross function liaison and handle required billing adjustments;
- Manage customer escalation process when it occurs and take charge of resolution.

With your experience in the complex customer service field, you know exactly how to relate to customers' problems. You have a passion for genuinely interacting, helping and inspiring customers. - Fluent in English, Dutch and any additional European Language is a bonus..
