What  will we do together ?

• Be the focal point for all carrier reporting. Lead and manage the overall Carrier onboarding and implementation phase on site.
• Analysis and investigate carrier performance. KPI reporting (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly), Maintaining a database of all current and historical rates.
• Assist in carrier performance reviews. Measure carrier performance levels against agreed targets, taking appropriate action where necessary.
• Manage the carrier collection schedule.
• Monitoring of despatches vs PODs and any required investigation.
• Monitoring of POD exception report.
• Build and maintain relationship with customer at all levels.    
• Cooperation with customs clearance.                                                                                                                   

Who are we looking for?

• Higher education (logistics or related).
• Minimum 2 years of supply chain experience in a similar/management role.
• Experience in working with customs clearance.
• English at a communicative level.
• Excel knowledge.
