What  will we do together ?

• Collaborate with DHL and customer teams to define effective logistics solutions and implement new processes for successful launches.
• Communication with customer´s planning department regarding design and planning of new processes – planning of new headcount and resources for the processes, coordinating flow of process.
• Manage warehouse space utilization in collaboration with the customer.
• Work closely with OPS and functional managers on implementations and changes.
• Identify risks, propose alternatives, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Provide regular reporting for the designated area.
• Plan, prepare, and execute peak operational processes.                              

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in an equivalent or similar position in supply chain or manufacturing.
• MS Office knowledge, especially Excel (as a data analysis tool),
• Ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met through adequate resource planning.
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing complex metrics and reports.
• Proficiency in PowerBI is an advantage.
