Position: Company Car Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday- Friday. Day time hours
Location: Milton Keynes, MK5 8HL
DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Company Car Administrator to play a vital role coordinating our daily Finished Vehicle Solutions requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Working from the Finished Vehicle solutions (FVS) site in Milton Keynes.
- Communicating with customers over the phone and shared inbox in Microsoft outlook.
- Document checks for the drivers including checking and logging all information to ensure they are fit to drive
- Manage internal post

- Attention to detail is important due to the responsibility following driving documents being checked
- Experience in a previous admin role is essential
- Microsoft excel knowledge is essential
- Transport knowledge is important to this role but not essential
