Role Overview:
In this role, you will take full accountability for the transport operation within your area and play a pivotal role in the operational success of your transport network. You will manage change and drive performance to ensure we meet our high standards of service and efficiency.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Transport Manager for DHL on the Premier Foods contract in Tamworth
- Fully responsible for the transport operation at site, which operates 24/7
- Essential stakeholder management in a fast-paced, changing environment

- Ability to win hearts and minds. Lead from the front and not be afraid to roll sleeves up when needed.
- Passionate about people, engage and provide coaching and mentorship.
- Proven experience as a Transport Manager within a logistics environment - essential
- International CPC Qualification – essential
- Proven experience in influencing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with the customer
