Responsibilities
- Ensure site-specific HSE requirements are met as aligned with Country targets and based on Minimum Safety Standards
- Align the Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team (Operations Managers) and ensure they are trained and prepared to carry out the required activities (see Excellence School responsibilities)
- Monitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy to adjust it with the operations manager, if needed
- Align volume forecast with customer and review monthly resource planning with Operations Manager, developing a work strategy for next month / period, including peaks and valleys' seasons
- Track operation's performance and understand deviations with Operations Managers in terms of:
- Track operation's performance, understand deviations and results' trend with Operations Managers
- Track Site Performance Cube comparing the installed and utilized capacity, understanding the causes for the gap between them, understanding the financial and customer impact resulted by this gap and address actions with Operations Managers to improve it
- Track overall employee attendance ratio for the site and understand results' impact on Site Performance Cube, setting up a plan for improving the ratio if needed
- Track overtime costs versus budget and identify opportunities for improvement
- Track site overall inventory accuracy and allowance based on ILA indicator
- Track numbers and costs of customers claims and understand the root causes with the Operations Managers
- Have clear understanding of Performance Tracking Tool (data system) applicable to your role, ensuring performance is tracked properly and numbers are accurate
- Track and understand overall Work Instructions status of update and reviews - via OMS Culture Dashboard
- Engage leadership team on Process Standardization initiatives as Simulation Center and Excellence School, providing the necessary infrastructure
- Track Total Injury Frequency Rate of your site and understand deviations
- Track % of Process Confirmation conducted versus plan - via OMS Culture Dashboard
- Discuss and approve improvement actions that involve customer requirements and SLA's, additional resources and financial investments with the operations managers
- Support the team during the implementation of improvement actions by providing any necessary resources and investments
- Promote the continuous improvement culture and sustainability of the program with operations managers and their teams
Requirements
- Graduate of Any course
- With strong background in Warehouse Operations & Transport
- Willing to be assigned at Sta. Rosa Laguna
- With exposure on Project Management, Operations Management, Customer Negotiation and other Decision Making critical to the team, site, business
