Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers – helping them deliver better results every day.

Responsibilities

  • Overall in charge for the day-to-day operations for both systems as well as physical operation.
  • Managing inbound, outbound and inventory cycle count activities.
  • Responsible to drive the team towards achieving Customer target/KPI and expectations.
  • Attend and response all issues (via e-mails or written correspondences pertaining to warehouse operation and to ensure all queries from are attended to).
  • To prepare and ensure all daily, weekly and monthly reports are submitted promptly and correctly.
  • Responsible for daily planning of the operations.
  • To ensure inventory level for the operations is maintained at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in warehouse operations.
  • Minimum of Degree qualifications.
  • Expert level experience in database, spread sheets and word processing for tracking, analysing and communicating related data.
