R2R Expert - Rollout Manager (with German)

As the Rollout Manager, you will have a pivotal role in our team, leading the way in implementing our SAP S/4 template. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh perspectives to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the rollout of the global SAP S/4 platform in the business groups within the Record-to-report process area.
• Acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to the assigned process area.
• Ensuring compliance with local requirements and adapting the global template as needed.
• Leading all rollout phases, including process mapping, GAP analysis, and deployment, to ensure a smooth transition to the new S/4 platform.
• Proactively identifying and resolving project risks, escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications & Key Requirements:

• Minimal 4 years of experience in RTR with deep understanding of the Record-to-report process.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Strong IT affinity, including digitalization, migration, project management, and test management tools.

As a plus: 

• Experience in new ERP transformation projects
• Good functional SAP knowledge.
