As a DFN Country Sales Manager you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. You'll be instrumental in identifying and closing business deals with small to medium-sized eCommerce companies in your target countries (Australia and New Zealand). This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundations for our presence in strong markets, drive lead generation, and convert opportunities into tangible business wins. Key Responsibilities:
- Laying the foundations for expanding the DHL Fulfillment Network by managing multi-country opportunities through proactively creating sales opportunities and winning them.
- Generating leads and utilizing the Salesforce CRM lead queue to qualify inbound leads.
- Converting leads into real sales opportunities and owning them until they become business wins, including managing the Salesforce process and contract preparation.
- Engaging potential customers at senior and executive level.
- Managing up to 20 live opportunities at any given time.
- Coaching junior Sales team members when appropriate.
- Acting as commercial point of contact to capture structural customer data needed for pricing and proposal creation, as well as customer feedback on commercial terms & conditions.
- Managing multi-country sales opportunities in close collaboration with other DFN Sales Team members.
- Working closely with marketing to improve digital marketing campaign effectiveness using specific single country insights.
- Establishing DHL Supply Chain and the DHL Fulfillment Network in multi-country eCommerce communities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong sales background in a consultative selling environment, preferably in eCommerce
- Knowledge of Fulfillment and Last Mile Operations.
- Passion for transactional sales and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong affinity & insights into the eCommerce market, eCommerce needs and business models.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative in growing the business in new countries.
- Understanding of developing market and business trends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working within a B2C company or a logistics provider would be beneficial.
- International experience or working in cross-regional setting is desirable.
