Description

We are looking for a Manager RtR (Record to Report) department within our Shared Services Center to cover for a colleague on maternity leave. This leader will play a key role in managing the entire RtR department and maintaining active communication with our business partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for key accounting operations in the general ledger, asset management, reconciliation of cash payments for transportation and customs, balance sheet account management, intercompany relationships, bank statement postings, and regular reporting to partners within the DHL Group.


What to expect in this role?

Responsibility for leading the RtR department, including managing accounting transactions in SAP and ensuring compliance with internal rules and IFRS.
Managing monthly closings – precision and timeliness are essential.
Collaborating with auditors and preparing materials for the RtR process audit.
Motivating and leading a team of specialists, supporting their professional development and career growth.
Participating in projects and innovations – implementing new tools, automating and improving existing processes.
Collaborating with colleagues and business partners worldwide – English is an everyday part of our work!

What we expect from you?

Secondary or higher education in economics.
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in leading a medium-sized team.
Good knowledge of SAP and IFRS standards.
Experience in project management and implementing new systems and processes.
Ability to work with MS Excel and Power BI.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Active knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
Independence, proactive approach, and results orientation.
