YOUR TASKS
- To perform Net Promoter Analyst (NPA) Analysis
- Assisting with 2nd Caller Survey.
- Support NPA reporting, support NPA / First Choice continuous improvement projects, Training coordination, support ICCC – Broadcast, Basic analysis etc.
- Continuous improvement mindset andcreative thinking.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree student
- Final year student
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
- Internship duration minimum 3 - 6 months
