Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sailing/vessel schedule and support booking to client.
  • Improve client satisfaction and maintain good relationship with key client.
  • Services the client’s requirements in timely, accurate and constructive manner.
  • Manage & ensure under Customs regulation and others required for inbound-outbound shipment delivery on the time.
  • Arrange delivery document and sent to client.
  • Ability to prioritize based on importance/urgency.

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate or a few year of experience
  • Good in English and Thai communication, both written and speaking
  • Pro-active, strong organizational skills
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good problem solving skills
