The DXP DevOps team is responsible for managing the “DHL Experience Platform” (DXP), which encompasses some of the most essential websites for DHL, including www.dhl.com. Our diverse tech stack offers numerous opportunities for personal growth and continuous learning.

In this role, you will deliver second and third-level operational support, focusing on configuration and issue resolution. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, create automation scripts, configure our CDN (Akamai), and participate in deployment activities. This position is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to advance their skills in the DevOps field (even if you are experienced already).

This is an international team located in the Czech Republic.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for: 

• Experience with Linux, scripting in Bash, browser console, and monitoring tools is essential.

• A solid understanding of networking concepts will be a crucial aspect of this role.

• A basic familiarity with some of the following tools is required: Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Splunk, etc.

• Our operations are exclusively based on Azure.

• A programming background, particularly in languages such as Java or Groovy, is highly valued.

• Experience in IT support is also welcomed.

We do not expect you to be an expert in all of the areas mentioned above; we are committed to providing the necessary training to help you develop your skills. What we value most is a candidate who is eager to learn, pays great attention to detail, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Hi, my name is Martin and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL ITS back in 2015, as part-time employee in Service Desk organization. Since then, I was lucky to explore various roles starting from Application support, Service Owner, Solution Owner and as of 2022 a Team lead/Scrum Master.
