Your role: To ensure that our operations comply with all the quality and environment standards and legal requirements, DHL internal standards and customer specific requirements.

What will we do together?
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP);
- Ensure initial and continuous training programs are implemented and maintained;
- Ensure suppliers are validated and approved;
- Approve any subcontracted activities that impact on GDP;
- Focus on the management of authorized activities, accuracy and quality of records;
- Co-ordinate and perform any recall operation, in conjunction with customer;
- Liaise with customer on the disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products;
- Ensure self-inspections are performed and corrective actions put in place;
- Ensure any additional requirements imposed on certain products by national law are adhered to;
- Support the business to ensure customer questions and concerns regarding Q&E policy are answered and managed in a professional manner;
- Support the business in the effective resolution of customer complaints;
- Provide Operations with support in training staff in the requirements of the QMS system and GDP;
- To manage and implement Quality Assurance/Control and Pharmaceutical regulatory programs and initiatives in support of the company’s business growth;
- Lead Auditor’ duties including conducting internal and external audits;
Who are we looking for?
- Quality management qualification required;
- Previous Project and Change management experience - project management qualification is desirable;
- Previous experience in the Life Sciences or Pharma industry is required;
- Qualified Lead/Internal Auditor having minimum 3 years’ experience in performing internal and external audits;
- Previous experience in managing complex customer implementations in a supply chain environment;
- Experience in system validation (CSV) desirable;
- English language – advanced.
