Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Regional Head of Rising Stars Global Account Development for the AMERICAS. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the development and growth of Rising Stars Global Account Development in North America and Latin America, focusing on existing e-commerce and Rising Stars while expanding into a holistic Global Account Development team.


Responsibilities:


•Target, develop and replicate Rising Star customers globally, with strong footprint in NORAM or LATAM

•Lead and develop a team of Rising Stars Sales Account Developers across NORAM and LATAM, driving the growth of Rising Star customers globally by creating target lists, generating new business opportunities and supporting the local teams to win, and replicating the success to more countries/ regions.

•Current established segments are E-com customers and China outbound customers. Continue expanding these segments and explore new segments.

•Establish and implement strategies that align with global, regional, and functional objectives to ensure a seamless customer experience and the continuous development towards a Global Account Development team.

•Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support lead generation and cross-selling opportunities.

•Manage the account development funnel while innovating processes to enhance and simplify customer centricity, productivity, and conversion rates, as part of the standard Rising Stars/ Global Account Development approach.

•Collaborate with marketing, pricing, and product development teams to ensure alignment with Rising Stars’ needs.

Required Education and Experience:


•Proven track record in sales and account management within a complex global environment.

•Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

•Strategic thinker, inquisitive and customer centric.

•Proven track record of delivering transformational growth and managing large, complex projects.

•Ability to think strategically and execute growth strategies effectively.

•Experience in leading teams and managing large projects.

•Process orientated with consultative/collaborative approach.
