Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sailing/vessel schedule and support booking to client.
- Improve client satisfaction and maintain good relationship with key client.
- Services the client’s requirements in timely, accurate and constructive manner.
- Manage & ensure under Customs regulation and others required for inbound-outbound shipment delivery on the time.
- Arrange delivery document and sent to client.
- Ability to prioritize based on importance/urgency.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or a few year of experience
- Good in English and Thai communication, both written and speaking
- Pro-active, strong organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good problem solving skills
