In this Operations Supervisor position
- You will coordinate Customer Operations plans and processes to deliver efficient logistics processes and results in the supply chain of a specific client using multimodal means of transportation and provide support to sales team
- You will advises and mentor team members for execution of day-to-day tasks and activities and meet work schedules and targets
- You will support implementation of customer operations plans to process complex customer orders and flow of goods and information across a customer’s global supply chain, and provide resolution for order/ delivery issues
- You will track performance, participate in customer reviews and analysis of performance indicators to identify areas of improvement for enhancing overall service quality
- You will coordinate with the team to ensure systems are updated with the latest information on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
- You will provide support to sales and commercial teams
- You will maintain close business relationships with customer, other logistics operations departments and IT specialists to ensure smooth customer-related process flow
- You will serve as an escalation point for customer operations staff, customers and operation team
- You will closely supervise and assist team in preparing and summarizing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.
- You will advises and mentor team members, study training requirements and ensure adequate development and mentoring of the team
- You will support to execute better practices for customer operations focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
