Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or similar sciences
  • Having minimum 2 years of experience
  • Experience in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable
  • Experience working within supply chain operations is essential for this role
  • Must be dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan
  • The ability to influence without formal authority is required strongly / significantly in this role
  • Understanding the role as an integrated team role
  • Experience is needed to collaborate with operations managers across all levels within a country
  • Advanced level in both written and spoken English

Job Description:
  • Drive the implementation of Operational Management System elements Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers
  • Ensure targets are properly set for objectives & KPIs - support the maintenance
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of performance management
  • Ensuring the culture is mainstreamed by controlling performance outputs in the warehouse
  • Work together with the Operations Management System Engineers during data system implementation for defining the site spesifics
  • Drive the implementation and maintenance of the job standardization
  • Maintain Continuous Improvement projects
  • Report the Financial Benefits of Operations Management System
  • Track and manage OMS culture dashboard, providing visibility to site manager, site leaders and OMS Advisor
