As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our infrastructure and ensuring the seamless integration and deployment of applications. You will work closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve the overall efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases.
  • Automate and streamline operations and processes.
  • Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, test, and production environments.
  • Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.


Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

As a DevOps Engineer, proficiency in setting up, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI is essential. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for developing, deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications will also be a critical part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado; therefore, you have a good understanding on full stack development using React, Java, SprintBoot framework on container platform. You also understand that operation stability is key, therefore you have good understanding on monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Splunk, Grafana, observability and OTEL framework, as well as strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating tasks and deployments. Managing cloud services such as Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is also a key requirement.

You excel in collaboration and teamwork, working effectively with developers, operations, and other stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve issues promptly are crucial to be successful in this role. You are adaptable and is committed to continuous learning to stay updated with the latest DevOps tools and best practices. Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders are important. Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to guide and mentor junior team members, take initiative, continuously looking for optimization opportunity and drive projects to completion, will be highly valued.

Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will certainly be useful.
