Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. Sometimes, issues might get tricky, and this is where cooperation in preventing them is a result of collaboration between our IT support teams and specialists. 
We are looking for a new colleague who would drive our major visions forward, in areas covering range of topics related to data centers approach and future. 
You will have a special focus on business continuity and resiliency topics. You will be responsible for resiliency development, identifying needs and dependencies of your project scope. Part of this would be providing advice on standards compliance and organization strategies, e.g. test automation, security and data privacy.

As a Principal IT Solutions Consultant, having visionary mind is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of technical understanding and resiliency will be an integral part of this role. 
You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Telecoms, Servers and AD. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Henrieta Scholtzova and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2008, when I took a role as Telecom Infrastructure Associate in DHL in the Network Operations team. Gaining more hands-on experience with service planning has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Proposal Management team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed in a Project Management of Infrastructure Projects and Programs in DHL. In 2022, I moved to a management role, being Head of Portfolio & Performance Management. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – technology. Looking forward to having you onboard!
