In this job you will

As a Group Pallet Controller at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse, and transport operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. • Verify accuracy of weekly pallet reconciliations and provide support on improvement plans
• Train site pallet teams in implementation of SOP and utilisation of pallet software 
• Recommend solutions that will assist customers in rolling into the transport model without delays
• Partner with managers to implement new customer requirements and provide timely, concise information to enable effective outcomes
• Report site reconciliations, league ladder points and pallet issues to the National Pallet Manager
• Present monthly results for all DSC sites with feedback on SLA targets and areas for improvement
• Assist with investigation of variance, unprocessed and any other transactional issues

You have the following qualities & qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar pallet control environment
• Experience with 2ic Pallet management software
• Demonstrated ability to partner with, and manage diverse stakeholder groups
• Prior experience within a warehouse / logistics operational environment
• Experience with Chep and Loscam pallet control
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills with the confidence to learn new systems if required
• Proven ability to work efficiently and thoroughly in a busy environment
• Strong self-motivation, drive & initiative
