We have an exciting opportunity for a Integration HR Director within our Global DHL Supply Chain team. If you are passionate about fostering high-performance cultures and driving effective HR initiatives in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

In this crucial role you will join our global HR team in an exciting role focused on implementing mergers and acquisitions within the Accelerated Growth Solutions area In this position, you will lead the integration of HR processes and systems during strategic partnerships, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment across diverse teams and regions. You will manage key HR projects that drive organizational effectiveness and support business objectives, all while navigating the complexities of cross-cultural integration. Responsibilities


  • Leading the implementation of HR plans and policies that align with current and future business needs, focusing on workforce integration post-merger or acquisition.
  • Overseeing the multi-regional implementation of HR initiatives, collaborating with relevant subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Building a culture that encourages high performance and talent retention while respecting and blending diverse corporate cultures.
  • Consulting with business managers on HR matters, guiding them through the complexities of integrating teams from different backgrounds.
  • Supporting business growth and transformation by building organizational capability to accommodate changes from mergers and acquisitions.
  • Delivering key HR activities through your teams or centers of expertise, ensuring alignment with the goals of both existing and newly integrated organizations.
  • Modifying HR processes to better suit the needs of the defined organization.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies that comply with regulations and harmonize practices across merged entities.
  • Monitoring the deployment of HR plans and sub-functional goals to enhance efficiencies, particularly during integration efforts.
  • Anticipating and resolving risks or issues to lead the successful integration.
  • Managing project efforts for HR initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Implementing change management strategies to support employees through the transition, ensuring effective communication and training.


Required Education and Experience

  • Demonstrated success in leading complex organizational change projects.
  • Strong background in Personnel Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
  • Proficiency in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and Influencing.
  • Deep knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Organizational Design.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and labour relations issues.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Solid understanding of DHL Business Knowledge, Business Processes, and Business Strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with senior stakeholders cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior management in complex environments (multi-country/customers).
  • Team leadership experience (small to medium-sized teams).
  • Prior budget management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR/Labor Law would be desirable.
