Your role: To ensure that our operations comply with all the quality and environment standards and legal requirements, DHL internal standards and customer specific requirements.

What will we do together?
- Ensure compliance with GDP requirements.
- Implement and maintain training programs.
- Validate and approve suppliers.
- Approve subcontracted activities impacting GDP.
- Manage authorized activities and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate and perform recall operations with customers.
- Liaise with customers on the disposition of returned/rejected products.
- Conduct self-inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding Quality policy.
- Support effective resolution of customer complaints.
- Train staff on QMS system and GDP requirements.
- Perform Auditor duties, including internal and external audits.
Who are we looking for?
- Quality management qualification required
- Previous Project and Change management experience – project management qualification is desirable
- Previous experience in the Life Sciences or Pharma industry is required
- Qualified Auditor having minimum 3 years’ experience in performing audits
- Previous experience in managing complex customer implementations in a supply chain environment
- Experience in system validation (CSV) desirable
- English language – advanced.
