Your role: To ensure that our operations comply with all the quality and environment standards and legal requirements, DHL internal standards and customer specific requirements.

What will we do together?
  • Ensure compliance with GDP requirements.
  • Implement and maintain training programs.
  • Validate and approve suppliers.
  • Approve subcontracted activities impacting GDP.
  • Manage authorized activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate and perform recall operations with customers.
  • Liaise with customers on the disposition of returned/rejected products.
  • Conduct self-inspections and implement corrective actions.
  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding Quality policy. 
  • Support effective resolution of customer complaints.
  • Train staff on QMS system and GDP requirements.
  • Perform Auditor duties, including internal and external audits.
Who are we looking for?
  • Quality management qualification required
  • Previous Project and Change management experience – project management qualification is desirable
  • Previous experience in the Life Sciences or Pharma industry is required
  • Qualified Auditor having minimum 3 years’ experience in performing audits 
  • Previous experience in managing complex customer implementations in a supply chain environment 
  • Experience in system validation (CSV) desirable
  • English language – advanced.
