In today's rapidly evolving digital world, the role of an Associate Project Manager is essential for coordinating and steering digitalization projects. You will be tasked with range of responsibilities related to smooth deliver of projects in various aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.

You will play a crucial role in day-to-day project lifecycle like managing resources, executing project tasks, facilitating communication among business stakeholders and reporting to DHL executive management. You will learn from veterans how to take it to the next level!

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, engineering, economy, business administration, or project management
• Certification in project management, digital transformation, or a related field is a plus

Experience:

• Experience in project management roles but you can be fresh out of school as well
• Leadership skill is a plus
• Communication skills is a pre-requisite

Technical Skills:

• General awareness of digital technologies and trends, including but not limited to business process automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence or Low-Code / No-Code is a plus
• Understanding of project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as other project management frameworks, is welcomed

 Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, facilitating collaboration among team members, and presenting project updates to senior management
• Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary for identifying and addressing challenges that arise during digitalization projects

Hi, my name is Pavel Hotovec and I’m a manager of Hyperautomation Solution team. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2022, when I took a role as Product Manager in the Intelligent Automation team taking care of multiple technologies from automation tech stack. Gaining more hands-on experience with Digitalization in Business has always fascinated me, so I moved in 2024 to the Hyperautomation Solution team and become team manager. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – to Digitalize as much mundane manual work as possible!
