YOUR TASKS
Reporting to Express Centre Officer, you will be responsible for the ServicePoint operations and provision of quality customer services to our customers -
Responsibilities -
- handle and maintain daily ServicePoint operations, including queue management, drop-off shipment and collection handling, shipment check, payment collection, etc.
- handle enquiries of walk-in customers and provide quality customer services to win Happy customers with high satisfaction and loyalty
- generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling of cash shipment and, value-added services or referrals to appropriate sales teams
- introduce sales promotional programs to walk-in customers or through calls when needed
- perform general clerical support such as data entry, reporting etc.
- support ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superior

YOUR PROFILE
- HKALE / HKDSE or equivalent with full certificate
- Minimum 2 years working experience, experience in retail / counter services is an advantage
- Willing to perform shift duty and occasionally travel between ServicePoints
- Effective interpersonal, good communication and telephone handling skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Familiar with PC skills and Chinese word processing
