Trainee (Marketing and Sales) - Contract

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Trainee, you will learn all aspect within Sales & Marketing Department which includes Sales Support, Customer Service Operation, Business Customer and Business Development. Your key tasks will include:

- Supporting sales sub-function plans and processes to achieve business growth and profitability in alignment with our strategic objectives.

- Implementing a broad range of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans.

- Gathering and analyzing data to reconcile sales, revenues, and costs against forecasts, identifying potential problem areas.

- Collaborating with team members to identify improvement areas based on pipeline reporting and sales effectiveness.

- Conducting market research to understand trends and customer requirements, translating our products and services into effective solutions.

- Providing timely and effective administrative support to enhance sales force effectiveness.

- Identifying process improvement for higher efficiencies and work on improvement project

**Stakeholder Engagement:**

In this role, you will:

- Get to learn different products within DHL Global Forwarding Indonesia from stake holder across the organization

- Influence others within your job area by clearly explaining facts, policies, and practices.

- Support and interact with senior colleagues across various teams.

- Develop a network of contacts to strengthen your organizational, product, and market knowledge.

- Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain positive work relationships.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

English competency, conversing and writing

Microsoft Office Suite

**Education and Experience:**

- **Education Level: Bachelor Degree

- **Experience Level: Fresh graduates with maximum 1 year working experience
