Responsibilities

Our Graduate Trainee program is designed for high-performing graduates and young professionals in what is a particularly fast-paced and innovative area of the business. If you're one of the talented individuals chosen to join this program each year, you'll be working alongside and learning with the best, as we prepare you to become the next generation of Supply Chain leaders.

 

  • Receive opportunities to work on various projects individually or in teams
  • Be mentored by the Senior Management Team
  • Be assessed for positions within the core business functions such as : Operations, Operations Excellence and Solutions Design

Requirements

  •  Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Candidate must possess qualities of versatility, resilience and willingness to learn
  • Able to work in shifting schedule in a 24/7 working environment
  • Demonstrate good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to be assigned in Pulong Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa Laguna or Silang Cavite
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
