Position Overview

The Analyst – Partner Channel will be responsible for supporting the sales operations planning function and revenue generation through the development of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Decision Support Systems. This role requires close collaboration with regional sales teams and cross-functional departments to execute sales programs effectively and drive operational efficiency.

Job Purpose

  • Provide data support systems for MIS and decision-making to drive sales efficiency across various product types.
  • Coordinate with regional and HQ cross-functional teams to implement sales initiatives and programs impacting future revenue streams.
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics and KPIs to enhance sales planning and operational efficiency.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve sales strategies and optimize processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Data Analysis & Insights:

    • Track and monitor performance metrics and KPIs related to sales operations and planning.
    • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, accuracy gaps in planning, and opportunities for process improvement.
    • Ensure high data accuracy for effective decision-making.
    2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    •  Work closely with the Pan-India sales team to align sales operations and planning activities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, and Logistics) to drive seamless execution of sales initiatives.
    3. Reporting & MIS Development:
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales operations and planning performance for senior management.
    • Maintain and enhance Management Information Systems (MIS) for accurate and real-time data visibility.
    4. Process Improvement & Execution:
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous process improvement.
    • Support the development and execution of programs enhancing sales efficiency and operational effectiveness.

    Technical Skills:

    • Expertise in data analytics and sales performance tracking.
    • Strong understanding of MIS development and reporting tools.
    • Ability to leverage BI tools for deep data analysis.

    • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.).

    Qualifications

    Education Level:

    • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory, Tier 1 institute preferred).

    Experience Level:

    • 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Sales Operations.
    • Proven track record in managing sales operations processes and collaborating with regional sales teams.
    • Industry experience in logistics or e-commerce with a strong understanding of sales operations and planning.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, BI tools, and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
