IT Hardware Asset Management (ITHAM) is a shared service to support the exponential demand from DHL divisions to manage IT Hardware Assets in a central repository in order to increase security, manage costs and compliance for the group. IT HAM controls all IT hardware assets owned and leased by the group throughout the asset lifecycle and maintains the accurate asset information in the Asset Database. The main focus is on the financial, contractual, disposal aspects of the assets.
Our role is to ensure that IT Hardware Asset Management (ITHAM) shared service (running on Global ServiceNow platform) functions as expected. We resolve user queries, incidents, provide end user consultancy and trainings, test system enhancements and platform releases. All to consistently deliver a functioning system that can be used as designed and expected.

As a Senior Configuration Specialist, having a very good asset and/or configuration management skills will be an integral part of this role. Good experience in ServiceNow is also mandatory. Aside to that, having attention to detail is a huge plus.
You will be supporting, training and advising end users so excellent communication skills are vital. Analytical thinking and testing competence/experience will be needed to ensure smooth running of GSN Asset application and introduction of new application features. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Ladislava Dundekova and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services Prague back in 2004, when I took a role of Problem Analyst in the Problem Management team. Gaining more hands-on experience with processes has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Service Management team. 2010 brought along a change in both role and location – I took the position of Configuration Manager and moved to Malaysia. After 5 years of wonderful Asian experience, I returned to Prague in 2015 with the same but ever expanding and challenging position. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – technology. Looking forward to having you onboard!
