As an Innovation Manager, you will leverage your expertise to engage with start-ups, venture capital networks, and established technology providers to uncover the next big advancements in robotics and digitalization.

Your work will have impacts on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess new robotics and digital technologies emerging in the Chinese, Indian and Asian market that align with DHL Group strategy
• Conduct due diligence, technology deep-dives, and provide recommendations for Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors, start-ups, and venture capital networks
• Ensure vendor information is accurate and up-to-date on internal engagement & communications platforms
• Contribute to the regional and global innovation strategy, including scouting, monitoring, and evaluating technologies
• Develop and present innovation initiatives, use cases, and case studies to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven track record in logistics, 3PL operations, or similar industries. 
• Strong understanding of robotics, digitalization, and start-up ecosystems in the Chinese market
• Experience with venture capital engagement and managing relationships with early-stage technology companies
• Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively operate in the Chinese market
