In this job you will

As a Driver Trainer at DHL, you'll champion our drive to ZERO, safety Leadership journey to achieve a best practice safety culture. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Use your talents, and join a committed team to coordinate Driver training with DHL Supply Chain.

• Collaborate with Health, Safety and Wellbeing team to coordinate assessments and training. 
• Maintain professionalism and develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Identify, resolve, report and / or escalate all Health, Safety and Wellbeing concerns with urgency. 

• Commitment to continuous improvement of quality, safety and service.
• Evaluate the knowledge, competency and skills of new and existing drivers across a range of truck types. 
• Develop a strong understanding of specific contract requirements and reinforce through training interventions when required. 
• Conduct a range of training programs to support the delivery of the Cameron group training initiatives. 

You have the following qualities & qualifications

• Current Multi Combination (MC) class driver’s license. 

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. 
• Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety (preferred). 

• Experience working in an operational Transport & Logistics business. 
• Confident computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. 
• Structured training techniques.
