YOUR TASKS
- Project Management
- Manage telecom and network infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop project plans, define project objectives, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Budget Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and manage the budget for telecom and network infrastructure projects.
- Track project expenses, ensure cost control, and provide accurate financial reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Manage expectations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Vendor Management
- Work closely with telecom and network infrastructure vendors to define project requirements, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards, and resolve any issues or escalations.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
- Continuously monitor and assess project risks, implement risk response plans, and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure that telecom and network infrastructure projects adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality reviews, perform audits, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the telecom and network infrastructure project management framework.
- Drive initiatives to enhance project delivery methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- 3-5 years IS and business experience, preferably in logistics industry
- 3 years’ experience with technical support responsibilities
- Degree in Information Services/Business (or equivalent)
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent)
- Technical expertise in:
- Knowledge of all DHL EGAP applications and expert in some of them
- Adequate of Database knowledge (MSSQL, Dataverse, Azure, etc…)
- Desktop systems and application environment
- Some knowledge in telecommunications and networking
- In-depth knowledge of system development tools used by DHL (e.g. Nintex, M365, Power Platforms, etc...)
- Latest web technologies
- Some knowledge in business application development life cycle
- M365 applications
- Power Platforms
- Data Analytics Skills
