Pay Rate: £25,400
Grade:
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 06.00-14.00pm (flexibility required around business demands)
Location: Normanton - WF6 1TF

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Waerehouse Team Leader to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
  • To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of a team; providing effective communication, leadership, motivation, training & development.
  • Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels

  • Be able to lead by example and lead a group of individuals efficiently
  • FLT experience - Desirable
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to support the operation run smoothly
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
