Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize customer and DHL systems to manage orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Monitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with warehouses and customers to resolve logistical issues.
- Investigate and address problematic cases and escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and manage customer orders in different systems
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French.
- Fresh graduates, entry level candidates are welcome-experience in customer service/ international logistics is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Strong teamwork and customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
