We are looking for a passionate candidate who are showing strong interest in career progress in Project Management to join our NetData Event Processing team. The ideal candidate will have experiences in Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and attention to detailed with a strong focus on planning, managing and coordinating project tasks across teams as well as ensure delivering with budget/timeline/quality. As a Project Manager, you will be able to perform project planning, coordinating and managing the team, as well as supporting all project deliverables to ensure deliver on time. As part of career growth, you had opportunity to involve/expose to sale/proposal activities as well as involving in end-to-end product support lifecycle. Your role will be one of our key players in contributing to success of our product/projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong passion on Project Management with Waterfall, SCRUM, AGILE methodology approach(es) and always had the growth mindset (willing to learn new things).
• Always possess inquisitive and analytical mind on your project work tasks.
• Ability to plan and coordinate complex project tasks within team members.
• Ability to provide feedback proactively and support/help in solving project issues, together with team members and project stakeholders.
• Always practice and encourage lesson learnt/best practice/knowledge sharing in project management activities with team members. Be part of team to contribute to audit compliance within project deliverables.
• Be part of the team on second/third level day-to-day PROD operation support, within our team products/applications and help planning/managing PROD issue prioritization with Business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate well with stakeholders as well as managing their expectation and aligning well to minimize any unnecessary escalations.
• With growth mindset, you shall show the strong interests in exploring/using AI technology to helps on your daily works for better individual output efficiency and cost efficient (eg: automation).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or equivalent
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience as project manager, and at least 2-3 year of experiences in leading any projects. Candidate who had experiences in managing complex project is preferred.
• Demonstrable knowledge in software development life cycle processes and project involvement/project management experiences.
• Experienced in Scrum & Agile software development project methodologies.
• Experienced Project Management tools such as Excel or M.Project. Experienced in managing JIRA and RTC tool is preferred.
• Detailed result-oriented personality and ability to develop and communicate with business and product stakeholders.
• Experienced in problem-solving skills backed by conceptual and analytical thinking, and systematic approach.
• Team player with good communication skills and foster team works.

Hi, my name is Yew Keong and I’m the Team Manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2017, when I took over a role as Project Manager in the Reference Data team. Gaining more hands-on experiences in project management has always fascinated me, and I moved to the Labelling and Capability team as Senior Project Manager. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a management role. In Mar-2024, I moved to a management role, being Team Manager of Event Processing. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team members, we are working toward our common ambition – Delivering Innovative and Scalable Software Solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
