DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for Trainee Product in Madagascar. In this specific position you will Provide day-to-day administrative support with readily available advice for commercial/pricing processes and activities to understand customer needs, determine appropriate commercial/pricing and enhance competitive position in line with business plans and objectives, Group guidelines and policies.

In this Trainee Product position
- You will be an individual contributor who completes activities or fulfills targets under immediate supervision and guidance and executes assigned tasks according to specific standards and guidelines.
- You will hold an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience.
- You will perform work that is routine or follows standard procedures and is closely supervised
- You will provide day-to-day administrative support for tasks and activities related to commercial/pricing as per laid down standards under direct supervision.
- You will perform routine tasks/interactions such as gathering and entering data and numbers.
- You will conduct generally repetitive steps for the preparation of responses to commercial/pricing requests.
- You will perform routine research on market trends.
- You will gather data and prepare reports as required, for various purposes such as understanding the competitive landscape, market positioning, etc.
- You will draft basic documentation for price proposals.
- You will understand and apply basic customer commercial/pricing processes, tools, and techniques, and support testing activities.
- You will achieve compliance with set pricing processes, principles, and policies.
- You will support and interact primarily with colleagues of your own team.
- You will communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
- You will address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
- You will be an individual contributor without direct responsibility for leading others.
