Job Purpose:

DHL is hiring a Treasury Business Process Coordinator to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team.  In this role, you will analyze several information and work closely with the supervisor. Additional tasks and accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Your Tasks:

• Monitor and prevent breaches in the In-House Bank accounts of the various DHL legal entities in the Caribbean. Work with Country Finance Managers to ensure timely resolution of funding breaches.
• Support any internal / external audit as needed.
• Owns proper and timely resolution of customers´ inquiries:  CFOs, Controllers, Accounting Department, Regional Treasury, Intercompany Department, etc.
• Review user change requests for reasonableness, obtain management approval and implement users access to banking platforms.
• Bi-annual coordination with all banks for all valid signatories and platform access. Confirmation with HHRR on a monthly basis of all the employees with current signatory or access to the bank’s platform. Proper follow up with the banks or country contact where necessary according to the information received from HHRR. Update and maintain the data base in the Share-Point.
• Manage the process for opening and closure of bank accounts. Ensure banking information in Treasury Share-Point and other Corporate Treasury banking database is accurate and updated. 
• Primary liaison/project manager between banks and internal partners (ex. accounting, finance managers) on projects involving banking products.
• Under supervision of department manager, become the primary individual responsible for management, implementation and monitoring Treasury projects for the Caribbean.
• Support, coordinate and monitor the entities projects as needed.
• Provide backup support to other analysts in the Treasury group as needed.
• Authorization on internet bank platforms for internal funds transfers.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor´s degree:  Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
• Excel advanced knowledge.
• Advanced English Level (B2 or higher).
• SAP and Crest would be a plus.
• Prior Treasury experience a plus.
